Both songs aren't very popular here so it'll be interesting to see where it goes. Mucky Fingers for me.

Mucku Fingers blows FON out of the water. I think it's one of the best songs on DBTT, and live it's brutal! I love the harmonica solo and the lyrics are genius, some of Noel's finest

When I play DBTT I always cant wait to hear Mucky Fingers. I love the harmoica and Noel shouting "Its allll miiiinneeee!". Its a very Bob Dylan influenced song. Great tune, doesnt get the credit I think it deserves here

mucky fingers primarily for its lyrical content which is some of Noel's finest

it's one of noel's tunes that after 10 listens, is fucking amazing (no matter how non pop-friendly it is).
i can really see why noel was pushing to have it as the first single. problem is, not enough people can recognize music of the quality of mucky fingers.

i have been critical of MF in the past mainly because of the simple structure and ito me that makes kinda weak compared to the rest on DBTT but noels vocal is undoubtedly a beast. it's grown on me

MF, no competition. MF has the lyrics, and the drumming (especially live and especially the outro live)

Mucky Fingers - the lyrics are absolute genius
FON - the lyrics are a bit uninspiring
Both of the chunes are a bit boring in the sense that they don't really feel like they go somewhere very fast, but at the same time are very good song and are interesting.

I love the live version of Mucky Fingers.. especially the outro. Not so much the studio version. Still much better than FON though.
