No, I meant that The Rolling Stones are the second best band ever, and unless John Lennon & George Harrison have been ressurected and The Beatles have reformed, then they're the greatest band in the world in a way. But it's true that they haven't made a half decent album since Steel Wheels in 1989, and then Tattoo You before that. |

If they haven't done anything good since 89, then they ain't the best band now. I'd argue that The Who are better, though that's another topic as they both haven't done anything good in some time.

The good news: Muse are returning to England next year.
The bad news: tickets go on sale next Friday, and in all likelihood will have sold out by the time I can afford to get them, meaning that I'll have to fork out twice as much to buy from eBay, or Seatwave, or Viagogo, or wherever.
Why must the bands I like continually insist on announcing gigs at the least opportune times?

it's been on ESPN for two weeks and it's also heavily featured on Fox

These stadium gigs will be immense.
Wouldn't mind seeing them in London but it's a bit of a mission, so Old Trafford it is.
